When we purchased our new home, Kim was there for us through the whole process. The home we chose was over 40 years old and during the home inspection, there were several things found that needed to be corrected and repaired. Kim kept on top of all the contractors, making sure the work was done satisfactorily. At one point we were in Europe during escrow and Kim kept us fully informed of the progress through texts, emails, and video phone calls.
